ANNUAL EVENTS

*The Maine Aviation Forum

Held at the Owls Head Transportation Museum located on the Knox County Airport (KRKD) in Rockland, Maine, in late February.

This one day Forum, recognized by the Aero Club of New England for its commitment to promoting General Aviation in Maine, gathers the leadership of the various Maine based aviation organizations together to share ideas, concerns, and information and to coordinate activities for the coming year.

Attendance is usually between 40 and 60 interested and motivated aviation leaders. It is one of the largest gathering of Maine aviators in one room, representing a full cross section of General Aviation interests in the State of Maine. If you want to know what they’re thinking or need their attention, it’s the place to be.

Sponsored by Maine EAA Chapters 1434 Belfast, 736 Norridgewock, 87 Bowdoinham and the Maine Aeronautics Association. Registration starts at 0930 and the Forum runs from 10 to about 4.
